Die Casting
Huachuan has equipped with 4 automatic metal die-casting machines of 450T, 400T, 350T, and 280T, which can provide you with production services 24 hours a day. It can consume 3000 tons of aluminum throughout the year to ensure that the output is delivered on time and quality.
Machining
Huachuan is equipped with 6 processing centers, 12 CNC lathes, and 15 precision drilling and tapping machines. Huachuan adopts professional equipment and hires professional production and technical workers to provide protection for your product needs and high precision requirements.
Other Equipment
Huachuan also has sand milling, shot blasting, drilling and other processing equipment. Huachuan can also customize and increase production and processing equipment according to product process requirements.
